I have the following suggestion for VatAlert...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Ability to choose facility types for which to be notified.

    The following are the available facility types:
    OBS, UIR, DEL, GND, TWR, APP, CTR

    The user could choose in the preferences, for which facility types they will be notified.

  2. Ability to get notified about several different ATCs

    The user should be able to be notified about different ATCs when online. Currently this is supported by common prefix. In the requested feature the user should be able to provide a list of different ATCs to be notified. Examples:

    LGAVAPP - will notify for Approach of Athens Venizelos (as currently does)
    LGAV - will notify for all positions in Athens Venizelos (as currently does)
    LG - will notify for all positions in all airposts in Greece (as currently does)
    LGAV LGTS LGIR - will notify for all positions in Athens Venizelos, Thessaloniki and Iraklio (new)
    LGAV    APP LGTS…

  3. Exit from App

    Pressing the "Back" button from the main interface, will request that with a second press the app will exit (and all ongoing tracking will be stopped).

  4. Flight Progress

    Right now the window just shows the Track/Stop Tracking bar. Below that, there should maybe be a progress bar or countdown for flight time remaining. Something simple!
